Whitehill 200 x 85mm Extension Block have been designed to work with our existing Whitehill 200 x 62-118 Adjustable Groovers.

This product only contains 1 block that has been designed to fit in-between the 2 part groovers available in the "alternative" section.

This block provides an extra 60mm in height to allow larger groove to be cut with existing tooling. To increase the size of the tooling system with 3 blocks, spacers must be added above and below the middle section of the tooling system, equally.

I.e. To achieve a 138mm groove, you must add a 10mm spacer above and below middle block so that the overall height increase by 20mm.

Features:

Cutter head equipped with TC reversible knives and TC spurs (can be found in "spares" section).
Accurate groove width due to spur on top and bottom.
Suitable for spindle moulders with manual feed.
Tool body in aluminium.
Available in 1¼ inch, 30 & 40mm bore for spindle moulder.
Manufactured in compliance to European Standards EN 846-1.
