The Whitehill Adjustable Groover is a specialized tool designed for precision grooving in Structural Insulated Panel Systems (SIPS). It is specifically engineered to meet the unique requirements of grooving SIPS panels, providing efficient and accurate results.
SIPS panels require accurate grooving to ensure tight and secure joints. The Adjustable Groover helps achieve tight-fitting joints by creating clean and precise grooves, enhancing the overall structural integrity of the panels.
Features:
- Cutter head equipped with TC reversible knives and TC spurs (can be found in "spares" section).
- Accurate groove width due to spur on top and bottom.
- Suitable for spindle moulders with manual feed.
- Tool body in aluminium.
- Available in 1¼ inch, 30 & 40mm bore for spindle moulder.
- Manufactured in compliance to European Standards EN 846-1.
