Whitehill 96 x 100 Limiter Heads are designed to fit profiled cutters and limiters, as well as custom profiled cutters. To ensure maximum safety and performance, profiled knives and chip limiters should always be used in pairs to achieve precision and efficiency in your machining tasks.
Features:
- Compatible with F Blanks (100 x 40 x 4 mm thick).
- Can take profiled high speed-steel (HSS) and tungsten carbide-tipped (TCT) cutters.
- Comes equipped with two wedges and two steel packing supports (used for transport purposes only).
- Suitable for spindle moulders with manual feed.
- Tool body available in steel or aluminium.
- Available in 1¼ inch or 30mm bore for spindle moulder.
- Manufactured in compliance to European Standards EN 846-1.
