Whitehill Tools is proud to introduce our newly designed pair of top and bottom spiral head tungsten carbide (TC) replacement heads, specifically engineered for horizontal shafts on tenoning machines. We offer standard sizes compatible with most popular tenoners, and our heads are fitted with reversible TC spurs to give you that clean finish.
Features:
- The spiral design of these blocks results in significantly quieter operation and provides a smoother cut compared to our previous model.
- Utilizing these blocks for cutting will produce smaller, more manageable wood shavings instead of larger chunks. This enhancement will significantly improve the efficiency of dust extraction machines.
- Cutter head equipped with TC reversible spurs (can be found in "spares" section).
- These TC reversible spurs are in tungsten carbide, which will give a clean finish so no sanding is required. They can be easily removed from the block, allowing for quick edge swaps in the event that one edge becomes dull or damaged.
- Tool body in Aluminium.
